Vannix Giftery – Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)


1. How long does delivery take?

We require 3 – 5 business days from the time we receive your order and payment to prepare and deliver your gift box. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier schedules, but we always aim to get your box to you as quickly as possible.

2. Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but only within 4 hours of payment confirmation. If you wish to cancel, please contact us immediately.
• After the 4‑hour window has passed, cancellations are no longer guaranteed.
• If you reach out after 4 hours, please contact us IMMEDIATELY so we can check where your order is in the shipment process. If it has already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible.

3. Do you accept returns or refunds?

No. Unfortunately, all sales are final once the order has been shipped. Because our boxes often include perishable or customized items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds under any circumstances.

4. What if an item in my box is unavailable?

If a product is unavailable, we may substitute it with an item of equal or greater value. We always ensure substitutions fit the theme and maintain the quality of your box.

5. What happens if my delivery is delayed?

Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by courier delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances. We’ll notify you if we anticipate any significant delay.

6. What if my box arrives damaged?

We take great care in packaging, but if your box arrives damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photos. While we cannot offer returns or refunds, we will review each case individually to ensure customer satisfaction.

7. Do you deliver outside South Africa?

Currently, we deliver only within South Africa.

8. How do I know my order went through?

You’ll receive an email confirmation once your payment has been processed. If you don’t see it, please check your spam folder or contact us.

9. What if I have allergies?

Some boxes may include food or drink items. Please check product labels carefully before consuming. Vannix Giftery cannot be held responsible for allergic reactions or health issues related to products.

10. How do you protect my personal information?


We comply with South Africa’s POPIA regulations. Your information is used only to process your order and communicate with you.
