• If we need to substitute an item, we’ll always choose something of equal or greater value.
Pricing & Payment
• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Payment must be made in full before we can ship your order.
Delivery
• We deliver across South Africa.
• Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on couriers and location.
• Once your box is delivered, responsibility for it passes to you.
Returns & Refunds
• All sales are final.
• Because our boxes often include perishable or custom items, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Cancellations
• Orders cannot be cancelled once payment has been processed.
• If you accidentally place a duplicate order, please contact us immediately and we’ll do our best to assist.
